From lazy to fit! I did it!





Now, I eat a healthy foods, I mean fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nonfat dairy, and lean protein like fish or tofu. Had you told me that I’d be eating like this a year ago, I would have laughed in your face.
I dreamed to be a runner, but I couldn't exercise for 60 seconds or so without  wanting to throw my body on the pavement and stop, i took part a ten mile race in a year. I ran 9.5 miles straight without stopping!
